Why does the sun rise earlier here on the west coast than on the east? - from a time over time perspective, not a linear one. Obviously it rises earlier on the East Coast in actual time, but if it sunrise in Charlotte tomorrow is 7:20am, why is Sunrise here at 6:11am? But Sunset for tomorrow is much closer. In Charlotte is at 5:55pm, where as here its at 5:49pm. So why do we have more daylight? Ok, now my brain hurts....
